Hi everybody! We are French pupils from Brittany!
So we have to find a yellow meal.
What yellow ingredient do you know ?
If you have an idea you can share it on the wall of the YELLOW TEAM !!

How is organized your lunch or dinner ? Do you have different dishes ?
In France, we have three or four dishes, the starter (salty), the principal dish (with meat or fish or vegetables and starches), then we have the cheese ( often with lettuce ) and to finish, the dessert (cake or yogurt and fruits)!

We  will share some pictures of yellow ingredients on the wall.
Waiting for your answer!

Hiii I am Sheila of Spanish pupils and I have thought dishes:
'Tortilla de patatas' , 'Paella' and 'Plátano de Canarias'
If you like we can add the omelette with the cheese and letucce. And we can also add peppers to the 'paella'.
Please comment it! If you like some dishes I will put the ingredients.
I have left pictures of the dishes on the wall

HIIII friends I'm Elena Basile from Bari

So I think that we can do first diiferent tipes of pasta (like saffron rice)
tHan we can do mashed potatoes and a cake whit lemons for dessert:-):-)

Hi every body, Im Maria from Spain, and we have to choose yellow dishes! :) a typical yellow food in Spain is paella and omelette (tortilla de patatas in spanish) i think thats are good suggestions for our meel! :))

Hi, I'm Sheila, Elena we can mix a cake whit lemons and bananas for dessert if you like :)
The saffron rice is the same that 'Paella' it's a good idea.
What do you think?

Hi everybody I’ m Alessandra of Italian pupils and I want to propose to you a tasting Italian dessert “Mimosa Torta ”. It is a very popular Italian cake used to celebrate the International Women’ s Day, on 8 th March.  I added a picture on the wall. I hope to hear your comment on my proposal. Bye!!!!

Hi Alessandra. What are the ingredients of the Mimosa cake?

Hi everybody!
It begin to take a shape!
We think that the omelette is a very good idea for the starter. Then for the main course, we propose the 'chicken curry' (poulet au curry in french).Chicken and rice fit perfectly together :) But the paella can be nice too!
For the dessert the italian idea must be really tasty but we never seen it before in France!
We can also put crepes in our Yellow dish (it can be salty or sweety and it's very delicious!)

And Alessandra, what are the ingredients of the Mimosa cake? :D

The french team

Hi everybody,
I'm sorry I'm late writing back :(
The ingredients of the classic Mimosa Cake are for the sponge ; eggs, sugar, flour and potato starch. For the custard: vanilla, milk, cream, sugar, eggs and flour.  You can add also liquor with sugar and water. If you like I could put the complete recipe with the preparation of the cake :) Chicken curry is a very good idea!
Alessandra
