I won't pay for a lawyer to evict Lauren. It's easy for any landlord to do.
There's a freezer downstairs. I won't buy another one. I won't buy a frij or a stove (except a mini toaster oven).
I'll have someone fix the lights and the doors.
I won't buy an expensive safe.
